How each engagement is structured
Every service at sinsaply follows the same general shape: an initial conversation to understand your situation, a written summary of the relevant legal position and available options, a period for you to consider that summary without pressure, and — if you choose to proceed — the preparation of the relevant documents. The result is always a written record that belongs to you and your family.
Step 01
Initial conversation
We discuss your situation and the service that is likely to be relevant.
Step 02
Written summary
We prepare a clear note on your position and the options available to you.
Step 03
Your consideration
You review the note at your own pace. No pressure to decide quickly.
Step 04
Document preparation
If you proceed, we draft and review the relevant documents before delivery.
Service 01
Will Update Review
A patient review service for clients who already have a will in place but would like an unhurried check of whether it still reflects their current wishes — following a change in family or property circumstances. The work covers a calm read of the existing document, a structured conversation about what has changed, a short written note describing any clauses that may benefit from revision, and drafting of an update where the client wishes to proceed. The pace of the work is set by the client throughout.
- Careful reading of your existing will
- Structured discussion of what has changed since drafting
- Short written note on clauses that may need revision
- Drafting of the revised document if you decide to proceed
- You retain all written notes and documents produced
Process steps
- 1You provide a copy of your existing will and a note of what has changed.
- 2We read the document carefully and identify clauses of potential concern.
- 3We have a structured conversation about the changes in your circumstances.
- 4We produce a written note setting out our observations and options.
- 5If you wish to proceed, we draft the update and submit it for your approval.
Fixed fee: 4,800 THB

Service 02
Family Trust Documentation
A focused service for clients who would like to consider whether a written trust arrangement might be appropriate for the long-term holding of particular family assets. The work covers a careful written summary of how a trust would operate in the client's situation, drafting of the relevant documents where the client chooses to proceed, and a short note on the ongoing administrative obligations involved. The aim is to give the client a complete written picture so the decision rests calmly with them.
- Written summary of how a trust would operate in your case
- Explanation of who the relevant parties would be
- Full drafting of trust documents if you proceed
- Written note on ongoing administrative obligations
- No pressure to choose any particular structure
Process steps
- 1We discuss your family situation and the assets you are considering placing in trust.
- 2We produce a written summary of how a trust would operate in your circumstances.

Cross-Border Inheritance Coordination
A comprehensive service for clients whose family has connections in more than one country, where assets, residence histories, or beneficiaries straddle different succession frameworks.
